The dropper

There is no child-resistant dropper

On this page13
Two families, no intersection. The combination a dosed tincture usually wants is not here.

The two sets

41 dropper assemblies, 3 euro droppers, 1 dropper tip cap and 2 orifice reducers on one side. 19 CT CRC child-resistant closures on the other.

And they do not overlap

They are separate closure families. Nothing in this group is both a dropper and a child-resistant closure.

Which is the combination most dosed tinctures use

A child-resistant dropper cap is a standard article in this category and it is not on this shelf. That is a sourcing gap rather than a data gap.

The necks make it concrete

Droppers are at 20-400, 18-400, 24-400, 18MM and 22-400. Child-resistant closures are at 20-400, 24-400, 33-400, 38-400 and 28-400.

So two necks carry both, separately

20-400 with 23 droppers and 8 child-resistant closures, and 24-400 with 5 and 5. You can have either function on those necks, one at a time.

Which is not the same as having both

A bottle closed with a dropper is closed with a dropper. Swapping in a child-resistant cap removes the dosing device.

Four child-resistant closures fit one container

The 4 at 33-400 face a single container at that neck, which is the kind of imbalance the orphan necks page is about.

What a buyer should do

Decide which function is non-negotiable, check the neck, and expect to source the combined article elsewhere if both are needed.

Child-resistance requirements are not described here

What a licensed cannabis product requires is set state by state and nothing on these pages addresses it. The count is a count.

The plain lid is the fallback

102 of the 215 closures here are continuous thread polypropylene lids, which seal and do nothing else. A tincture closed with one is dosed by pouring, which for a small volume is a worse experience than it sounds.

And 14 phenolic caps sit alongside them

Which are the chemically resistant option for an alcohol extract, and they are also not droppers. Three functions, three families, no article that does two of them.

Stated rather than left to be discovered

Because a buyer who picks a bottle, a dropper and a neck and then learns the combination does not exist has lost a cycle for nothing.

The Davis Pack Supply catalog, measured 19 October 2026. This group holds 41 dropper assemblies, 3 euro droppers, 1 dropper tip cap and 2 orifice reducers, and separately 19 CT CRC child-resistant closures. They are separate families and there is no child-resistant dropper among them. The droppers sit at 23 on 20-400, 9 on 18-400, 5 on 24-400, 3 on 18MM and 3 on 22-400; the child-resistant closures at 8 on 20-400, 5 on 24-400, 4 on 33-400 and 1 each on 38-400 and 28-400.
The Davis Pack Supply catalog, measured 19 October 2026. Twelve of the 74 containers in this group carry an 18DIN neck and there are no 18DIN closures on this shelf, so a sixth of it cannot be closed from it. One further container at 43-485 also has no matching closure. In the other direction, 38 closures fit the 3 containers at 38-400, 30 fit the single container at 33-400, and 21 fit the 2 at 24-410.
Written from 27 CFR 17.131 and 17.132 and from the catalog as it stood on 19 October 2026. Part 17 is a drawback provision, a mechanism for recovering federal excise tax on distilled spirits used in nonbeverage products. It is a tax rule rather than a safety or packaging rule, and nothing here states whether any particular product is within its scope. Availability, quote-only and full-case figures are a single snapshot rather than a trend. The twelve 18DIN containers on this shelf have no matching closure on it.
