Whether you may lawfully possess and sell the specimen, and how the preservative lets it travel. The Migratory Bird Treaty Act reaches any part, nest or egg of a native migratory bird, and ethanol is a flammable liquid whose small-quantity exception limits each inner receptacle to 30 mL. Our smallest jar for this is 55 mL.
